Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been an actor, model and advocate for animal rights in the US. The actress is famous for films like Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) and The Getaway (1972). The Getaway was released in 1972. New York, she was born and raised into an creative family. In the beginning, she worked as a photographer's assistant. Later on she shifted her focus to modeling and directing. Her first two movies, she was recognized as a winner of the Golden Globe Award as Most Popular Young Actress. MacGraw became a household name following the success of her 1970 film Love Story. She was nominated for one of the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. After only three movies, MacGraw was declared one of the most successful women at the box office in history. In 1972 her hand-footprints and signatures were recorded at Grauman's Chinese Theater. Other films she has appeared in are The Getaway Convoy Players as and the television miniseries The Winds of War. Her autobiography, published in 1991 Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw has been married 3 times.
