Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is a famous American cookbook writer who has been awarded Emmy awards. She hosts the most popular Food Network show, Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. The show will run for another 27 seasons. Ina started her career in the White House as a writer of documents on nuclear energy and the budget. She initially adored the intellectual stimulation of her job, but quickly stopped her enthusiasm. Instead she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty store for food. She spent eighteen years making the store extremely successful before letting it go before acquiring a pen and writing her first book. Others followed, and so did magazine columns. Another hit is the Food Network Television show. Her range of items spans from appliances for kitchens to ingredient and storage containers. Ina never went to an institution for cooking or did she work in a restaurant. She is entirely self-taught. Ina is well-known for her easy way of entertaining and easy food preparation. She is well-known for her simple recipes such as Skillet Baked Lemon Chicken Macaroni and Cheese with Beef Bourguignon and Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
