Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 when she resigned from the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. When she was 17, she won her pro license just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16, shortly after ending her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In just a few years and a half, she was able achieve her Professional Card when she was 17. She became among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her undergraduate studies. After that, she returned in 2015 to continue where she previously left off competing in top competitions such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a few more years, setting goals each year. By the time 2009 ended she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009she won an NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. The youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel has taken six years off from competitive sports after obtaining her pro card to finish her university education. In October of 2015, she made a return through her IFBB Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. In June of 2016, she was named the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th spot at the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have finished 6th in the Fitness division despite her lack of expectations. She was up against the best. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve each year. Ariel likes to exercise her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. The majority of the time she warms up then moves on to the work outs. Ariel is also efficient with time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all of her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
