She has been a trusted adviser who has helped to translate enterprise goals and strategies to business and people strategy through the management of change and engagement for employees. With her broad experience of working for Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to develop and coach leaders, with successful outcomes, she has helped to create organizational cultures that embody changing and learning. Annmarie was inspired to donate her talent and resources to further aid in the mission of Learning Ally. In her spare time she provides assistance to a number of non-profit organisations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women become leaders.
