Kari Kari Deanna DeannaKari Samantha, an American actress and singer most well-known for her part of Kari in the hit television show "Sliders". She debuted her first studio album "Shiny" on the 29th of January, 1999. Originating from Connecticut Wuhrer started singing when she was quite young, and was a regular performer at night clubs while she was in her teens. As a teenager, she began attending Wooster School for acting to learn after which she enrolled at several colleges to learn about acting. Her screen debut came in the 1986 romance drama 'Fire With Fire.' She made her debut on a small screen as an actor in the following year, playing the recurring character Joanie on the Fox sitcom "Married... with Children'. In her three-decade-long career she's accumulated around 80 film and TV credits. In addition to appearing in numerous mainstream movies, she is widely regarded as a B-movie queen for numerous films with low budgets in her filmography. The actress is also a model and an former MTV VJ. She was honored in 2001 with the Best Actress Award for her comedy film Do It for Uncle Mannyat the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival.
